Clubbie is a platform built in Ireland that gives sports clubs their own private app. Members can browse and book sessions, stay up to date with club activity, and connect with other members — all in one place.

You'll need an invite link from your club admin. Tap the link, create your account, and you'll be added to the club. Some clubs require admin approval before you can start booking.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link from Firebase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

1. Go to the Sessions tab and find a session you'd like to join
2. Tap the session card to view details
3. Tap the green Book button to confirm your spot
4. If the session is full, you'll be added to the waitlist automatically

You'll be placed on the waitlist. If someone cancels or their payment expires, the next person on the waitlist is automatically promoted and notified. You don't need to do anything — just keep notifications on.

Open the session, then tap Cancel Booking. Your spot will be released and the next waitlisted player will be promoted automatically. You can rebook later if spots become available.

After booking, a payment card appears. Your club may accept Revolut or cash. For Revolut, send the amount to your club's Revolut handle with your unique reference code (e.g. PCB-12MAR-JOHN) in the payment note. For cash, confirm in the app and arrange with the organiser.

Your booking will be automatically removed and the spot will go to the next person on the waitlist. You'll receive a reminder before the deadline. You can always rebook if spots are still available.

The reference code (e.g. PCB-12MAR-JOHN) helps your club admin match your Revolut payment to your booking. Always include it in the payment note for faster confirmation.

If you've purchased a bulk session pass (e.g. 10 sessions upfront), your admin adds you to sessions as "prepaid." You'll see a green PREPAID badge. You can transfer your spot to another club member or leave the session from the Manage Spot button.

Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner to access your profile. You can edit your name, upload a photo, set your skill level, and manage notification preferences.

Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom. Tap Download My Data. You'll receive a JSON file containing all your personal data — profile, bookings, match history, comments, and more. This is your right under GDPR Article 15.

Go to Profile and scroll to the bottom. Tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes all your data from Clubbie, including your profile, bookings, comments, photos, and notification history. This action cannot be undone.

Tap the gear icon (Profile) in the top-right corner and select the feedback option. Choose a category (Bug, Suggestion, Question, or Other) and describe what's on your mind. Your feedback goes directly to your club admins.

Go to the History tab. You'll see all recorded match days with dates, locations, game counts, and player numbers. Use the My Sessions filter to see only match days you played in, or New Activity to jump to ones with new photos or comments.

Open a match day from the History tab. You can view photos from the session, react with emoji, leave comments, and upload your own photos. Photos are shared with all club members.
